These Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policies administer your use of Mango Architecture and provide you with all the necessary information about its services, we have drafted the terms of use, so that you will know the rules that govern your relationship with The Hashtag Studio and its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as “The Hashtag Studio”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) and set forth the terms and conditions under which The Hashtag Studio makes available its website www.thehashtagstudio.com (the “Website”), known as “Services”, to each person assessing or using the Services.

REGISTRATION FEE AND CANCELLATION

There are Registration fees for Courses, Webinars and Workshops on the website. All costs and disbursements incurred by participants for enrolling into a program or entry are the participant's sole responsibility. All registration or enrollment fees are non-refundable under particular conditions and non-transferable once an entry is made.

For Live Workshops
​
The workshop is in live format only because we encourage interaction during our workshops.

Payment policy
​
- Payment for the workshop has to be done through the payment gateway link provided by the customer service team of The Hashtag Studio through Website or Official Social Media / Whatsapp Account or Email Only.

In case of inability to pay via the given payment gateway, you can reach out to us at connect@thehashtagstudio.com / Official Whatsapp for assistance. You can expect a reply on your query within 1 working day.

Cancellation policy
​
- In case, anyone is not able to attend the Workshop, he/she can cancel free of cost upto 48 hours before the Workshop date and time.

No Cancellations allowed if less than 48 hours left for the Workshop.

If The Hashtag Studio decides to cancel the workshop, 100% of fees will be refunded.

Process
​
- To initiate a cancellation request, participants are requested to drop an Email at connect@thehashtagstudio.com. We will not ask you the reason for cancellation.

The customer service team at The Hashtag Studio will reply to you along with a solution.

Cancellation requests take upto 7 working days to process from the date of initiation.

Refunds, if applicable, may take additional 7 working days to reflect in the participant’s bank account.

For Online Course
​
The Online Course may contain Recorded Sessions / Documents / Video Links, along with Workshops which are in live format only because we encourage interaction during our workshops.

- Payment for the Online Course has to be done through the payment gateway link provided by the customer service team of The Hashtag Studio through Website or Official Social Media / Whatsapp Account or Email Only.

Cancellation policy

- In case, anyone is not able to attend the Course, he/she can cancel free of cost upto 10 days before the Course Starts.

No Cancellations allowed if less than 10 days left for the Course to start.

No Cancellation allowed for the people who've joined on the Discounted Prices.

No Refund allowed if there are any changes in the Course Schedule / Dates.

If The Hashtag Studio decides to Cancel the Course, 100% of fees will be refunded.

The E-books are meant for personal reference purposes only. Any other use of the book without written permission from the author will be considered unlawful.

Cancellation policy

- Cancellation of E-book orders are not allowed.
​

Refund Policy
​

If a cancellation request meets the requirements of our cancellation policy, refunds will be processed as soon as possible. It takes upto 14 working days for the completion of the refund process.

We use standard and authorized payment services and our Credit Check and Fraud Prevention policies are aligned to these companies. All disputes would be handled by Delhi court.
